If any sports event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded to the member's account. For events that have already started, international sports betting rules will be followed.

• Operating more than one account.
• Using another person's account or allowing use of yours.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Hacking, scripting, or use of any automated tools.
• Fraudulent betting in collusion with other members.
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account using a false identity or fabricated information.

1234bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious betting patterns.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Failure to verify age.
• Failure to submit requested documents on time.
• Long-term inactive account.

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining valid balance will be returned; however, any bonus balance will be cancelled.
